Cancellation Policy

Please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or non-attendance, will incur the full treatment fee. As a self-employed therapist, late cancellations leave little opportunity to offer the appointment to another client.
